This trail is very adaptive friendly and has worked with adaptive riders in mind. The only section that may be challenging for less experienced riders is on the Southwest part of the trail. There are a series of 4-5 switchbacks, the upper most switch back requires some careful navigation and could require a 3-point turn. The trail is easier going clockwise due to that turn.
