Hidden Loop Trail

The Hidden Loop Trail is an exciting new addition to the Snowbasin trail network, currently being built through a partnership between Eden Valley Trails, Snowbasin Resort, and NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association). Purpose-built for both recreational use and high-level racing, this ~7-mile loop will offer a thrilling mix of fast-rolling singletrack, technical challenges, punchy climbs, and optional A/B lines to suit a wide range of riders.

With capacity to host race weekends drawing up to 1,000 competitors, and features designed for excellent spectator access, the Hidden Loop will be a premiere NICA race venue while remaining a fun and engaging ride for the general public. This project also reflects EVT's broader mission to link Eden, Liberty, and Huntsville through a connected network of high-quality trails.

Construction is now underway with a planned soft opening in fall 2025 and full use expected by the 2026 NICA season. Funded through a combination of support from Snowbasin and community donations, this trail is a powerful example of what's possible through public-private collaboration.
